By accessing or using FlowGate One (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FlowGate One is an event-driven integration orchestration platform that routes events between your software tools in real-time. The Service includes the platform, APIs, SDKs, and related documentation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Service Level Agreement

FlowGate One provides at-least-once delivery guarantees. Uptime commitments and SLA details vary by plan and are specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowGate One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
